Q. Do I need to reserve?
For group of 20 or more people, please reserve in advance.
For an individual or less than 20 people, no need to reserve. If you wish to use a wheelchair or need special assistance, please contact us in advance.

Q. How long does it take to visit the site?
Plan 30-40 minutes to visit the museum and the headquarter tunnel complex.
Q. Are there any lockers?
There are no lockers within the site. For strollers and the like, you can leave them at the reception desk before entering the tunnel complex.
Q. Is it possible to pay with credit cards or e-money?
Unfortunately, we accept only cash. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Is there a parking lot? How much does it cost?
The park is equipped with 100 parking spaces free of charge.
Q. Is there an elevator to reach the tunnel complex?
No, you can only access the underground complex on foot.
Q. Is it possible to visit with a wheelchair?
Yes, it is possible. People in a wheelchair can access the tunnel complex from the exit slope.
Q. Is there an age limit to visit the headquarters?
There is no age limit. However, the underground headquarters is accessed by a 105 step stairway and exited by a slope. For people with a foot disability, pregnant women and people traveling with small children, please make sure to check first.
Q. Is there a reduction for people with disabilities?
By presenting a document confirming the disability, a 50% reduction is offered for up to 2 people (the people with the disability and assistant).
Q. I would like to check if the headquarters is open
in the event of a typhoon, etc.
In times of bad weather, opening and closing will be announced whenever necessary on our website.
